Provides retroactivity to the original date of eligibility in certain cases for the senior citizens rent increase exemption (SCRIE) and disability rent increase exemption (DRIE)
Requires DHCR to develop a common application and web portal for certain funding, tax credits, loans, and grants for housing development
Allows prospective tenants of rent controlled or rent stabilized housing accommodations to request the complete rent history of such housing accommodations
