    SECTION 10.09

    Reports

    Arts and Cultural Affairs (ACA) CHAPTER 11-C, TITLE B, ARTICLE 10

    § 10.09. Reports. Not later than February first of each year the
    institute shall report to the governor and the legislature on the needs,
    opportunities and priorities for development of its programs.
