    SECTION 23.13

    Application of the provisions of civil practice law and rules

    Arts and Cultural Affairs (ACA) CHAPTER 11-C, TITLE F, ARTICLE 23

    § 23.13. Application of the provisions of civil practice law and
    rules. The provisions of the civil practice law and rules shall apply
    to all actions and proceedings brought under this article except as
    herein otherwise provided.
