    Bonds to be tax exempt

    Arts and Cultural Affairs (ACA) CHAPTER 11-C, TITLE V, ARTICLE 59

    § 59.19. Bonds to be tax exempt. The bonds shall be exempt from
    taxation except for transfer and estate taxes.
