    SECTION 60.03

    Prohibitions

    Arts and Cultural Affairs (ACA) CHAPTER 11-C, TITLE V-1, ARTICLE 60

    § 60.03. Prohibitions. No dealer shall represent that a collectible is
    autographed if said dealer knows, or has reason to believe, that it was
    signed other than by the sports personality in his or her own hand.
