    Defenses

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 3, PART 1

    § 303.3. Defenses. The provisions of articles twenty-five, thirty-five
    and forty and section 30.05 of the penal law shall be applicable to
    juvenile delinquency proceedings.
