    Requirement of pledge of faith and credit

    Local Finance (LFN) CHAPTER 33-A, ARTICLE 2, TITLE 8

    § 100.00 Requirement of pledge of faith and credit. Every
    municipality, school district and district corporation shall pledge its
    faith and credit for the payment of all indebtedness contracted by it.
