    Local Finance (LFN) CHAPTER 33-A, ARTICLE 3

    § 175.00 Acts legalized or validated not affected. The repeal by this
    chapter of any provisions of law legalizing or validating any act done
    or committed shall in no way affect or impair such legalization or
    validation.
