    Law to be liberally construed

    Local Finance (LFN) CHAPTER 33-A, ARTICLE 3

    § 180.00 Law to be liberally construed. This chapter shall be
    liberally construed to effectuate the objects and purposes thereof and
    the public policy of the state as hereby declared.
