    Local services

    Mental Hygiene (MHY) CHAPTER 27, TITLE C, ARTICLE 13

    § 13.13 Local services.

    Local services for persons with developmental disabilities shall be
    planned, financed and implemented in accordance with the provisions of
    article forty-one of this chapter.
