    SECTION 19.03

    Definitions

    Mental Hygiene (MHY) CHAPTER 27, TITLE D, ARTICLE 19

    § 19.03 Definitions. As used in this title:

    1. "Office" means the office of alcoholism and substance abuse
    services.

    2. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the office of alcoholism
    and substance abuse services.
