    SECTION 19.10

    Status of facilities

    Mental Hygiene (MHY) CHAPTER 27, TITLE D, ARTICLE 19

    § 19.10 Status of facilities.

    A rehabilitation center, a medical examination facility, or such other
    facility or facilities as may be established and operated by the office
    pursuant to the provisions of section 19.09 of this article shall be
    mental hygiene facilities in the department for the purpose of the
    facilities development corporation act.
