    SECTION 31.36

    Crisis stabilization services

    Mental Hygiene (MHY) CHAPTER 27, TITLE E, ARTICLE 31

    § 31.36 Crisis stabilization services.

    The commissioner shall be authorized, in conjunction with the
    commissioner of the office of addiction services and supports, to create
    crisis stabilization centers within New York state in accordance with
    article thirty-six of this title, including the promulgation of joint
    regulations and implementation of a financing mechanism to allow for the
    sustainable operation of such programs.
