    Report of noncitizens

    Mental Hygiene (MHY) CHAPTER 27, TITLE E, ARTICLE 67

    § 67.01 Report of noncitizens.

    The commissioner shall report to appropriate federal authorities all
    noncitizen mentally disabled persons in department facilities.
