    Uniformity of construction

    Mental Hygiene (MHY) CHAPTER 27, TITLE E, ARTICLE 79

    § 79.35 Uniformity of construction.

    This article shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate
    its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact
    it.
