    SECTION 81.24

    Notice of pendency

    Mental Hygiene (MHY) CHAPTER 27, TITLE E, ARTICLE 81

    § 81.24 Notice of pendency.

    The petitioner shall, prior to judgment, file a notice of pendency if
    real property or any interest therein is or may be affected by the
    proceeding.
