    SECTION 130.91

    Arrest and confinement

    Military (MIL) CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE 7, PART 10

    § 130.91. Arrest and confinement. Any person subject to this code who
    resists apprehension or breaks arrest or who escapes from custody or
    confinement shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
