    SECTION 1.01

    Short title

    Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (PAR) CHAPTER 36-B, TITLE A, ARTICLE 1

    § 1.01 Short title. This chapter shall be known as the "parks,
    recreation and historic preservation law" and may be cited as "PRHPL".
