    SECTION 15.07

    Municipal regulations; limitations

    Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (PAR) CHAPTER 36-B, TITLE C, ARTICLE 15

    § 15.07 Municipal regulations; limitations. A municipality which
    acquires lands with funds made available pursuant to this article may
    establish reasonable rules and regulations to insure proper
    administration and development of such lands, provided that no rule or
    regulation restricting the use of such lands to the residents of the
    municipality shall be effective without the express approval of the
    commissioner.
