    Existing rights and remedies preserved

    Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (PAR) CHAPTER 36-B, TITLE F, ARTICLE 29

    § 29.11 Existing rights and remedies preserved. No existing right or
    remedy of any character shall be lost, impaired or affected by reason of
    this act.
