    SECTION 39.19

    State actions

    Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (PAR) CHAPTER 36-B, TITLE G, ARTICLE 39

    § 39.19 State actions. Each state agency shall review its actions
    within the greenway in relation to the consistency of such actions with
    the approved Niagara river greenway plan.
