    SECTION 125.05

    Homicide and related offenses; definition

    Penal (PEN) CHAPTER 40, PART 3, TITLE H, ARTICLE 125

    § 125.05 Homicide and related offenses; definition.

    The following definition is applicable to this article:

    "Person," when referring to the victim of a homicide, means a human
    being who has been born and is alive.
