    SECTION 135.05

    Unlawful imprisonment in the second degree

    § 135.05 Unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.

    A person is guilty of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree when
    he restrains another person.

    Unlawful imprisonment in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor.
