Trespass
Penal (PEN) CHAPTER 40, PART 3, TITLE I, ARTICLE 140
§ 140.05. Trespass.
A person is guilty of trespass when he knowingly enters or remains
unlawfully in or upon premises.
Trespass is a violation.
