    SECTION 176.10

    Insurance fraud in the fifth degree

    Penal (PEN) CHAPTER 40, PART 3, TITLE K, ARTICLE 176

    § 176.10 Insurance fraud in the fifth degree.

    A person is guilty of insurance fraud in the fifth degree when he
    commits a fraudulent insurance act.

    Insurance fraud in the fifth degree is a class A misdemeanor.
