    SECTION 180.10

    Bribery of labor official; definition of term

    Penal (PEN) CHAPTER 40, PART 3, TITLE K, ARTICLE 180

    § 180.10 Bribery of labor official; definition of term.

    As used in this article, "labor official" means any duly appointed
    representative of a labor organization or any duly appointed trustee or
    representative of an employee welfare trust fund.
