    SECTION 187.05

    Residential mortgage fraud in the fifth degree

    Penal (PEN) CHAPTER 40, PART 3, TITLE K, ARTICLE 187

    § 187.05 Residential mortgage fraud in the fifth degree.

    A person is guilty of residential mortgage fraud in the fifth degree
    when he or she commits residential mortgage fraud.

    Residential mortgage fraud in the fifth degree is a class A
    misdemeanor.
