    Aggravated criminal sale of cannabis

    Penal (PEN) CHAPTER 40, PART 3, TITLE M, ARTICLE 222

    § 222.65 Aggravated criminal sale of cannabis.

    A person is guilty of aggravated criminal sale of cannabis when he or
    she knowingly and unlawfully sells cannabis or concentrated cannabis
    weighing one hundred pounds or more.

    Aggravated criminal sale of cannabis is a class C felony.
