From USA Today, "It's a historic day for America: Republican Donald Trump takes the oath of office Friday and becomes the 45th President of the United States. Official proceedings, which begin at noon ET on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, will conclude with the new president’s inaugural address to the nation."
