STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Hundreds of people from across Staten Island attended the sixth annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival on Saturday at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden in Livingston.
Staten Island elected officials also attended the event, including Councilmember Kamillah Hanks, Sen. Jessica Scarcella-Spanton and Richmond County Public Administrator Edwina Frances Martin.
