"Running a small business in New York State has become more difficult with each passing day. Because of the overbearing regulations we see imposed on our state’s business owners by reckless Albany politicians and bureaucrats, it’s more difficult than ever for entrepreneurs to run with their ideas or for a decades-old family business to continue operations. While many prefer to fill the state coffers off taxes collected from small businesses, I am proud to stand with the mom and pop operations across this state. These businesses are the job creators of our state and the backbone of our local economies. Legislators must stop the nickel-and-diming of New York’s employers, and understand that without them, there is no future for our state’s economy.”
