This unconstitutional vote-by-mail scheme is yet another desperate attempt by the far-left to keep themselves in power in New York State. 

The people of New York resoundingly rejected this attempt to weaken the integrity of our election process, and I am confident it will once again be rejected by the courts. 

New York has expanded access to voting so anyone who wants to participate in our elections has the opportunity to do so. Now we must protect the security of our elections, including from Albany Democrats who repeatedly attempt to rig the process in their favor.
