Long Island NYS Senate Republicans led a roundtable discussion focused on addressing the issue of affordability in New York State. We know that New Yorkers are struggling to keep up with skyrocketing costs. Throughout the discussion, we listened to the concerns of the public and community stakeholders to determine solutions and provide relief. Whether it's heating their home, paying for food, the cost of their mortgage or their auto insurance, the issue of affordability touches people in different ways. This is why it was important that we heard from a variety of people with diverse opinions. By doing so we were able to get many great suggestions as to how we can possibly help.
