- NY-Specific Access Booklet
- We created this booklet with the intent of providing the average new yorker with as comprehensive a guide of the New York law as possible. Keep in mind that the DOH is still creating their own guidance, and so the info in this guide will change as we learn more from them, but for now, it is accessible on our website for download and includes the steps to access the law, other end of life planning considerations, scripts for talking to your doctors, a glossary of terms, and planning checklists.
