Senator Serrano Co-sponsors Housing Conference

On Thursday, June 14, 2018, Senator Serrano was proud to cosponsor Council Member Vanessa Gibson’s Annual Housing Conference. The yearly conference promotes housing affordability in all five boroughs. The event was an excellent opportunity for community members to access valuable housing resources in New York City. This year’s theme was housing preservation, and featured a panel discussion on various issues, including tenant harassment and homelessness.
“We must do all that we can to preserve safety, quality & affordability in our city. I applaud Council Member Gibson for hosting this important conference to ensure that New Yorkers know their rights have the resources they need to stay in their homes and neighborhoods.”
