    SECTION 20.41

    Construction

    Arts and Cultural Affairs (ACA) CHAPTER 11-C, TITLE E, ARTICLE 20

    § 20.41. Construction. This article and each special law enacted
    pursuant to this article, being necessary for the welfare of the state
    and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed so as to effectuate
    its purposes.
