    SECTION 20.43

    Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded

    Arts and Cultural Affairs (ACA) CHAPTER 11-C, TITLE E, ARTICLE 20

    § 20.43. Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded. Insofar as
    the provisions of this article and each special law enacted pursuant to
    this article are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law,
    general, special or local, the provisions of this article and each such
    special law shall be controlling.
