State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) greets Maureen Skoda and new Fulton County Family Court Judge Edward F. Skoda on April 21st at the New York Senate Chambers in Albany. On April 21st, The state Senate unanimously confirmed Gov. David Paterson's nomination of Republican attorney Edward F. Skoda of Johnstown for the vacant Fulton County Family Court judge position.
