Senator Nozzolio Honored the Late Salvatore “Sully” Feligno

Geneva – State Senator Mike Nozzolio recently honored the late Salvatore “Sully” Feligno for his service in the U.S. Army during World War II. Senator Nozzolio presented Corporal Feligno's widow Rachel Feligno with the Bronze Star and an updated European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, along with a New York State flag, in recognition of Corporal Feligno’s contributions in the European Theater of Operations during the war. Also present was Feligno's son-in-law Lee Houser of Clifton Springs, who worked for the last three years to have Corporal Feligno’s accomplishments honored.
