Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins visits Phelps' Special Care Nursery
Phelps' Special Care Nursery offers medical care to newborns that require hospitalization, including infants that are born up to 34 weeks premature.
Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins recently secured a $100,000 grant to upgrade and renovate the newborn nursery.
