Schenectady County Youth Bureau Director Ed Kosiur (back) and teen representatives from Schenectady, Mongtomery and Saratoga Counties visited State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) on Feb. 9th in Albany to discuss issues relating to their program and services. Representatives included Brenda Rava, Kaitlin Arndell, Haylee Blowers, Tony Stello, Ashley Smith and Carly Douglass.
