Yar Deng, a School Without Walls senior, was one of 31 high-school students from across the State to be a part of the 10^th annual Students Inside Albany conference, sponsored by the League of Women Voters of New York State Education Foundation.   Students Inside Albany is designed to increase students’ awareness of their responsibility in representative government and provide the tools necessary for meeting that responsibility.   As part of the program, Yar was able to tour the Capitol and observe both the Senate and Assembly in action by spending an afternoon shadowing her local legislator, Senator Robach
