Senator Marty Golden today met with nursing students from Kingsborough Community College who were in Albany as part of New York State Nurses Association Lobby Day. Members of the New York State Nurses Association were in Albany to encourage members of the New York State Legislature to support nursing education, safe staffing ratios, punishing violence against nurses, and requiring safe patient handling policies.
