Waterloo- Senator Nozzolio recently congratulated Michelle Fridley for her participation in the annual Village of Waterloo Celebrate Commemorate event. Michelle was named Ms. Wheelchair New York State for 2010 for her advocacy on behalf of individuals with disabilities.
