AUBURN- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke at the Owasco Watershed Lake Association’s 3rd Annual Lake Day on his continued efforts to preserve Owasco Lake's water quality. Senator Nozzolio also congratulated Ashley Kukella and Daniel Biljanoski for their dedication and commitment to the Owasco Watershed Lake Association (OWLA) while working with the Blue Print II organization.
