Senator Nozzolio congratulates the Victor Marching Blue Devils Band, who won the 2010 New York State Championship with a near-perfect score at the New York State Field Band Conference Championships. The team also earned a trip to Annapolis, Maryland for the United States Scholastic Band Association Championships, where they placed 4^th in their division. Joining the team in Albany was Field Band Director Eric Everhart and Field Band Assistant Rhonda Everhart.
