Main Street in Wellsville, Senator Cathy Young (R,C,I – Olean), spent time with children who are cared for with those principles in mind. Under the direction of Mrs. Carol English and her staff, children are provided with a safe, nurturing while they receive a basic education using activities that will help them grow spiritually, socially, physically, and emotionally.
