State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) met with fifth grade students from Glencliff Elementary School on March 20th as they toured the State Capitol with their teachers Mr. Cipriano, Mrs. Montrello and Ms. Cotrupi. Senator Farley spoke with the students about State government and how bills become State laws.
