Senator DeFrancisco Attends ProLiteracy Grand Opening

State Senator John A. DeFrancisco is pictured with Edward Mills during the grand opening celebration for the new headquarters of ProLiteracy, located at 104 Marcellus Street in Syracuse. Mills, who took adult literacy classes at ProLiteracy, is now a published poet. The Senator also spoke during a grand opening celebration on September 7, 2012.
