State Senator John A. DeFrancisco presented Margaret O'Brien with a Citation, recognizing her for her lifetime of achievements, during her 100th birthday party at Coleman's Irish Pub in Syracuse on July 29, 2012.  The Senator had a wonderful time.  He is pictured with Margaret O'Brien, who is holding the family's newest edition.
